Purchasing gear for one of our adventures should not need to be confusing or a outlandish expensive affair. I have compiled a list of gear suppliers who can offer you the best face to face advice and between them you can grab your self a bargin. Many of these suppliers will if you inform them of what your are doing will offer you a discount prior to your trek for all of your gear purchases.
You will notice I have LEFT OUT A FEW LARGE RETAIL SUPPLIERS due to their staff’s lack of understanding of what gear is required, the lack quality and or suitability of a large proportion of their gear and for many of you it will be hard for you to determine if their gear is going to be ok or fail on your trek.
